Jessica is great, I don't trust anyone else on my head. She's an amazing stylist and a great friend. I would not be getting my hair cut at sports clips if she wasn't there.

Because of the check in process that doesn’t allow for an exact time, I was “late” for my appointment because I drive 30 minutes to get to this location. Because I was “late” they kicked me off the list. They re added me to the list with over an hour wait time and I clearly had an appointment before the 5 other customers In the store. Common sense and customer service is a lost art. This place hasn’t found it. Very disappointed. Will never use sport clips again. The online process needs to allow for travel time or upgrade the system.

Last time I took my son to Cherry hill sport clip in nj was the last time, I have come to this place several times with my son and husband and this lady time the stylist did not cut my sons hair properly, did not follow the instructions I gave her of how I wanted my sons hair leaving the back even worst. At the end she cut his hair how she wanted , doesn’t look as a professional haircut. I would have give 0 star.
