I used your on line check in before 5 PM today and was given a 6:30 PM check in time. I arrived at 6:20 and five other people were ahead of me. I waited until 6:45 and there were still two people ahead of me. Only two stylists on duty. You either need a better check in system or hire more stylists. I have been a customer for approximately 2 years but doubt I will return. Getting haircut should not be this difficult.

Chairs are too small for big husky men, very embarrassing trying to climb out off a small chair.
